Refund Policy for BlueCloudPublishers

At BlueCloudPublishers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund process under the following terms:

Return

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for a product refund, provided the items are in new condition. “New condition” means that the products are clean and the packaging remains usable. We understand that you may need to try out the product before making a final decision, so you are welcome to open the packaging and inspect the product. However, the item must still meet the condition requirements for a return.

Return Process

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@bluecloudpublishers.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of handing the return package to the shipper. In many cases, the refund will be processed more quickly. Please note that the refund processing time includes:

  • Transit time for the return package to reach us (3 to 7 business days)

  • Processing time to inspect and process the return once received (1 to 3 business days)

  • Bank processing time for the refund to appear in your account (5 to 10 business days)

Exceptions

  • Non-returnable Author Kit: If you purchase an author kit at a discounted price, the amount is non-refundable, and the kit is non-returnable.

  • If you purchase any of our publishing packages and are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund before work starts. If the cover page or ISBN has already been allotted, we will not be able to issue a refund (or) you may request a refund within 2 days of purchase, whichever comes earlier.

  • Items returned outside of the 7-day return window will not be processed for a refund.

  • If an item is damaged or used beyond its intended purpose, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
